  2. Functioning: It is important to evaluate each website module for functioning. Additionally, all of the website's interactive features like — polls, feedback forms, etc.—should be operating without a hitch.
  3. Broken/Lost Links: The website manager will carefully verify the website to make sure that there are no mistakes or missing/lost links.
  4. Analysis of Traffic: There will be a provision for tracking site traffic on a regular basis to analyze visitor profiles and preferences in addition to use trends.
  5. Feedback: Alankit has a procedure in place for analyzing customer satisfaction, and the findings will be examined in order to implement the improvements and adjustments that the visitors have recommended.

The Alankit e-Voting System has an Archival policy that guarantees data is archived after 3 years. Website Manager makes sure that the data is properly stored and archived 3 years.
